NEW SHOW LISTINGS
We are proud to announce that we will be performing at an event to help raise money, food and awareness for the Barrie food Bank. 12 Ladies In A Tent is taking place June 8th to June 12th at Allandale Station Park, in Barrie.
We will be performing on the 8th (Friday night) and the 9th (Satruday night) along with others such as Stacey Jamieson and Outbound Flight. There is no charge to the event, but we do ask that you bring one non-perishable food item for donation! Help the food bank and Ladies reach their goal of 150,000 lbs of food!

ROGERS DAYTIME APPEARANCE & EARTH HOUR FUNDRAISER

We will also be appearing at Boston Pizza in Barrie tonight (March 19th), there will be a fundraiser to help support the concert happening at the end of the month. Tickets are $10 and include, a slice of za and half order of cactus cuts. You'll also have access to a 50/50 draw and silent auction. GLIMPSE HITS A MARK - ON AUX TV ONLINE
Not only has our video for Glimpse just hit the 900 view mark on our YouTube page. We have also seen the video get picked up by AUX television in Canada for online viewing. EARTH HOUR CONCERT 2012
We are very pleased and honoured to announce that Transistor will be performing at this year's WWF Earth Hour Concert festivities taking place in Downtown Barrie. The concert is scheduled for March 31st. More details to come.
Earth Hour is an initiative of the WWF that began in Australia in 2007 and the annual event has gone global. Asking people to take a stand on Global Climate Change by turning off all non-essential powered items for one hour at a specific time. Jolly good news on the airplay front. You can catch Transistor on Amazing Radio on the Amazing Rock Show. This is our first airplay outside of Canada and we are pretty stoked about it! Host, Aaron Phillips selected our song, The Painter to be featured on the show.

Our Facebook challenge of picking a cover song for us to play has resulted in a winner! The theme was 80's music and it was fairly close but Change by Tears For Fears is the winner, beating out Nik Kershaw's Wouldn't It Be Good.
Over the next little while we will go into the studio and record a version of the song and post it on Facebook for free download!
